Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EIO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
